Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job description
  • Assist in developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract the best candidates.
  • Support senior team members in managing the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and conducting background checks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and participate in employer branding initiatives.
  • Source and identify qualified candidates for various roles, particularly for senior and managerial positions.
  • Participate in designing and executing selection processes, including interviews and assessment tests.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices, proposing enhancements to the recruitment process.
  • Help resolve challenges in the recruiting workflow.
  • Contribute to creating and tracking recruitment KPIs.
  • Participate in organizing CSR activities and initiatives within the company.
  • Assist the HR team with day-to-day operations and general administrative tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Job requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
  • Experience with IT software companies our Outsourcing companies. (At least 1 year)
  • Familiarity with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Vietnamworks, ITviec, TopDev and other social media channels.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment marketing and employer branding.
  • Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, along with good computer proficiency.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive, organized, and “can-do” attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong networking skills and a commitment to supporting colleagues.
